Hi Victoria, I'm very sorry to hear about your experience. I've reviewed our records but haven't been able to locate a completed order associated with the email address provided. We'd appreciate the opportunity to investigate this further with you. If you received an order confirmation email from Rejuveen, please share it with our Customer Happiness Team, as it will contain the order number and help us locate your purchase. If you didn't receive an order confirmation, we'd appreciate a copy of the card transaction showing the transaction date, amount, merchant name, and only the last four digits of the card. We'll use those details to investigate with our payment provider. If we confirm that Rejuveen successfully processed your payment but your order was not created or fulfilled, we'll make it right, including arranging a refund where appropriate. If we determine that no payment was received by Rejuveen, we'll gladly provide any documentation from our investigation that may assist you in working with your financial institution. We hope you'll give us the opportunity to resolve this for you. Sincerely, Eric C The Rejuveen Team

Hi Amanda, I’m really sorry to hear about your experience, and I appreciate you taking the time to share this. I completely understand how frustrating it can feel when timing around a subscription order doesn’t go as expected. After reviewing your account, I can see that your subscription had been paused until March 22nd from within your account portal earlier this year. An upcoming order reminder was sent on March 19th ahead of the scheduled billing date, and the order was then billed and processed as scheduled on March 22nd. Your message requesting a return was received on March 24th, after the order had already left our warehouse and was in transit with the carrier. We understand your concern about notifications, and we’re always working to ensure these are clear and helpful so customers have the opportunity to make any changes in advance. If the upcoming charge reminder wasn’t visible in your inbox, it may also be worth checking your spam or junk folder, as these can occasionally be filtered there. As a chargeback has been opened with your financial institution, the case is currently being handled directly through them. While that process is ongoing, we’re unable to take further action on the order from our side, but we’re always here if you have any questions or need any additional information. Regards, Barbara Rejuveen

Hi Consumer, Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m sorry to hear the product didn’t work out the way you had hoped. While many customers report positive results, responses to dietary supplements can vary from person to person. I appreciate that you gave the product a full try for 31 days and took the time to share your honest feedback. Thank you for replying to the information request. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to locate an order from you in our system. Please reach out to our support team. Thank you again for giving the product a try and for sharing your thoughts. Regards, Barbara Rejuveen

Hi Deborah, Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry to hear you felt misled about our policy. Our 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applies only to first-time, one-time purchases. Subscription plans, which provide discounted pricing and automatic delivery, are not covered under the guarantee. This information is clearly stated throughout the website and during checkout, where customers must manually check a box confirming they’ve read and accepted the terms before completing their purchase. I understand it can be easy to miss details while checking out, but there was no intent to deceive. I appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. Feedback like yours helps ensure our policies remain visible and clear for every customer. Regards, Barbara Rejuveen

Hi Laura, We’re sorry to hear that your experience with our product hasn’t met your expectations. We understand how disappointing it can be when you’re hoping for change and don’t see the results right away. It’s important to note that individual responses can vary, and while many customers begin noticing tangible results within 4–8 weeks, others may take longer depending on their body’s unique needs and consistency of use. Our 90-day money-back guarantee is in place for situations like these, and we’ve sent you an information request to help locate your order. All that is needed to initiate a refund request is to reach out to our customer support via our contact us page or by live chat and provide necessary information. Regarding social media, we value open and honest feedback and only moderate posts when they violate our community guidelines. We’re here to help and would truly appreciate the opportunity to support you further. Best regards, Rejuveen
