I was trying to reset the Work Iphone for new colleague, however former colleague sign up apple ID we dont have password for, couldnot retrieve the password, found online advise this app can help do recovery to factory setting, once I have gone thru Factory reset, it is now OFFICIALLY lock to the forma colleague's apple ID. this phone is no longer usable!!! can you please suggest what is next move? I paid for something that is misleading?

The Sevice worked fine. Just having trouble completing the free trial registration.

I am not an experienced user of programs like this but it worked great for me and was almost too easy to use. Just follow the instructions on the screen. Thats all I did and my phone was working again.
