My experience with ReiBoot (Tenorshare) was very frustrating. When I tried to subscribe, their website showed an error and didn’t register my information—no username or account was created. Despite this, they started charging me $17 weekly without my consent or clear notification. I contacted their support multiple times via email and their support form to cancel and request a refund, after giving them all the info they didn’t help and not they are not responding. This is unacceptable, and I urge others to be cautious. Tenorshare needs to fix their billing and customer service issues immediately.
