Never received product and their email does not exist

13 emails later they said that they delivered to my home and they did not. They even showed me a picture of the address sent to which was correct and I live in a place where it couldn’t get lost. Don’t use this company at all and it’s a shame cause it was a nice product online.

I ordered a tire gloss product from them that has never been delivered despite their insistence that it has been delivered. I have asked for either another order to be delivered to me or for a full refund. Their response has been only “It has been delivered.

Ordered and it was shipped to a wrong address. Proven with tracking and a printed report from the post office showing where it went. Same town but not even same neighborhood or house number/street. I contacted the company and they apologized. They claim a new one shipped the next day and the last tracking I received was it left china. Its now 9 days and still not here. Be careful of these guys folks. Im believing ive been had and rhe replacement will never areive

I purchased a blouse that ended up no fitting so I reached out to them for return information. I was told they would compensate me 5USD because it was too costly to ship it back. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
