/// edit 2 /// They just replied on my ticket, “ Hello, As i can see your website is working properly. “ Thanks regxa. Probably it is impossible to communicate with them in a human language. /// edit 2 /// /// edit /// My website and cpanel has been offline for more than 6 hours. Of course customer support doesn’t respond.(Probably sleeping?) Their uptimerobot(service status) insists all systems operational, maybe this is a FAKE status :/ I will re-edit this review once my website is back, but at now, DO NOT BUY their service. /// edit /// I purchased web hosting, so this is a review about web hosting. Good points: •Incredibly low price This host is unparalleled cheap in offshore hosting. And not only is it cheap, but the specs are good. Of course, you can pay in crypto. •Somewhat decent ticket support Support is never quick, and their claim to be 24/7 is questionable, but you will get a reply within 12 hours at least. And this is reasonable considering that this hosting is only a few dollars a month. •few restrictions According to live support, all websites are allowed on the web hosting except for phishing. This is a big advantage of Regxa. Bad Points: •Lack of documentation While support is not prompt, Regxa has no documentation. I struggled with MySQL socket connections. There is no specific documentation about free SSL either (as far as I know). This is why, for me, Regxa is not a "hosting I would recommend to anyone". I would not recommend it to beginners. •Unclear refund policy Regxa claims risk-free refunds, but if you paid with crypto, the refund is paid as a credit to your account. This is of course written into the TOS, but it is clearly not user-friendly. It should be clearly stated on the payment screen. In conclusion, I am generally satisfied with my experience with Regxa. As a personal request, I would be happy to be able to use Redis someday.

Delete service less than 24h after…
Delete service less than 24h after renew time. And after payment for the service that dont even exist anymore dont want refund. Scam service

Response from REGXA· Apr 1, 2024
Unfortunately to hear that, But as we have checked that your service is removed due to none payment renewal and the system has informed you many times, so the payment was ignored thats why your service is removed. Also, When you set service as none renew next month, that is mean clearly you want to remove the service and not renewing it anymore. Sorry to say that but this is not our fault and we are unable to do anything in that case.

The service was blocked for no reason
The service was blocked for no reason. Support does not provide any information and is only rude. The worst support service I've ever encountered.

They stole my money
They stole my money. In fact they are not providing any proper services. They closed my VPS without any issue. If I ask them what is wrong from my end they are not saying anything. If I ask for the refund they are not refunding me.
