Not sure if all locations have the same practice, but if Regal does this nation wide, this is very poor customer service….. went to a 4:40 pm showing and the show that I paid very good money for didn’t start until 5:13 pm due to numerous tailors. You wasted 30 minutes of my time. I guess I could see you showing 5-10 minutes but 30 is ridiculous. Do better and be considerate. Admissions and snacks are robbery prices let alone waiting a crazy long time to see the main attraction. Very inappropriate!!!!!

Scam company. Sold tickets a year in advance for the odyssey then changed showtime canceling the tickets but still charging the price of the ticket. Customer support won't refund.

I used to love to treat myself to a real movie theater experience when a particular movie peaked my interest. I would go to the Regal Theater (Hollywood) at the Port Orange Pavilion complex. Today I was excited to see the new Speilberg movie Disclosure Day but I was really put off by having a child dressed up as some kind of security ask to check my handbag for weapons? I am a 77 year old senior citizen and find this to be a real invasion of my privacy. I will no longer frequent this movie theater and will wait for new movies to stream on my many streaming apps.

Regal Ripoff is a real thing. Overpriced. Combos are not real. Beware. Dirty lobby.
