Liking My Viking I gave your Viking Pawtrait as a surprise gift for an after major surgery homecoming, and the 'conquer today, repeat tomorrow' significance had the perfect effect! We were thrilled to bits with the finished result and have recommended many friends to use your service.

Just a fantastic gift, my dad hasn’t laughed like that in years. I will happily brag about this company, their quick work, and the quality! It looked great!

Perfection

The end result was impressive. We supplied a photo that was clear but not very high resolution, but the results were good and it made a nice surprise for my friend's fiftieth Birthday. Would use again.

Sent few emails. Respond time took months. By the time they got back to me. I forgot what my issue was. I had to look back in my emails. I just wanted a digital copy of what I ordered without the watermarks. I ended up just using AI to remove it. A very simple request that they never addressed. Now that I think of it, im sure you can use AI to accomplish what this site provides lol. Don’t go with this site. If I were to order again I would definitely use “crown and paw” instead. They were much better and actually provided you with a digital portrait you can save to your images.

Regal Pawtraits is an amazing company. I've used them several times for myself and I use them for my support network of married couples. What do you give thes couple that has everything, keep it an original idea on their wedding anniversary date? A Regal Pawtraits!! Each time they are Wooowed by the Canvas and always say I give the best thought out gifts. This year I have 6 more couples to celebrate 🥳 and exciting to get the right head shot and make it happen. Prices are comfortable, a wide variety of themes to choose for anyone and fast turnaround for Proofing and delivery. Let's get it started, as I am about to make another one soon. Thank you Regal Pawtraits for great service!!!

Terrible experience. Wanted a tip when I placed my order for a picture, which seemed weird. I now know that was a red flag. Wouldn't get back to me in a timely manner. No product received, I asked to cancel. The harassed me over Facebook until I blocked them. I never got the picture but they didn't want to do a refund until I placed a dispute with my card,

Monica, We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, although we're disheartened by the omission of certain details. Firstly, we want to clarify that while a tip option is available during checkout, it is entirely voluntary, and no customer is under any obligation to leave a tip. Furthermore, it's important to note that when you initially contacted us with your request for changes to the proof, we were more than willing to assist. Throughout our correspondence, we made every effort to accommodate your requests promptly and professionally. Each time you sent a new photo for your portrait, we diligently created a revised version, a process which typically takes 1-3 business days per revision. Despite our commitment to meeting your expectations within these reasonable timeframes, it appears there was a misalignment in understanding regarding the revisions. However, we regret that we were not provided with specific details regarding the changes you desired. Additionally, we reached out to you in a timely manner via Messenger to address your concerns, but we encountered a lack of cooperation and faced rudeness, including threats of public bad reviews on BBB and trustpilot. We take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical business practices. While we understand that misunderstandings can occur, we cannot condone or engage with coercive behavior. We remain open to resolving any outstanding issues and welcome further discussion to ensure your satisfaction. Please feel free to contact us directly so we can address your concerns comprehensively. Thank you for your understanding and for bringing these matters to our attention.
They sent the order to the wrong address, then the order was sent back to sender by the post office and I have emailed them countless times trying to get in touch with someone about getting the package. I have yet to receive a response or my portrait that I ordered. $150 for nothing. I had ordered from them before without any issues and unfortunately now I can never again. I hope this review reaches someone in their company so they can fix this issue and I’d be happy to delete this review if they did so. Until then I’m very upset about my experience.
