This is my second negative experience…
This is my second negative experience with this casino! I first had to wait basically two weeks for my initial verification to be completed, now I’m being told that my redemption is in the que and they will get to it when it’s turn comes…when we as customers make deposits that never has to sit in a Que..they’re taking it it instantly..but when a customer wants to redeem they have to wait and hope that they get it!
