Accidentally burned tokens worth a large sum of money, that's on me, but I got no reply from support for 3 weeks and still haven't heard anything, I wanted to initiate their safe burn reversal they state they can do on the website. I tried to get a hold of the support team on discord, on telegram, via email. Nothing. It's non existent. It's a lie.

Just to clarify, we cannot sign or do any transactions without your permission, we do not have any access to the wallet outside of the website and even on the website, we cannot proceed with any transaction without your own confirmation & review.
