David worked with me until I was satisfied with the design of my pillow boxes .

Brians customer service and responsiveness is awesome. He deserves 5 stars for that. Because the delivered product is part of the experience, I have to give 4 stars because the corrugate displays were not fully dry. Until we take them out and air dry them they can't be folded or sent because they fold in places where they shouldn't and lack structural integrity.

Zack and the Refine Packaging team were attentive, courteous, professional and hard-working. They helped us work through several iterations of box design and changes, always with a great, service-oriented attitude.

Box color was not exact color but nice for turn around time.

Great service and plenty of emails to keep me on track.

Brad was helpful and the boxes turned our great. We will use Refine packaging again.
