My purse arrived in a big beautiful box with a gold bow so nicely packaged. The purse was in impeccable condition like new. Shipping was soo fast. I was interested in another purse and did try to communicate with the boutique in Japan where the purse was located and I had a lot of trouble sending my message. Also the description translation was not understandable at all which was frustrating. I tried to make an offer but kept saying it was too low.. all the way to $2 of asking price so that needs to be improved. I really wanted that bag but ha d no way to communicate with the shop. But am happy with my purchase.
