I just had a very nice experience making reservations with Benz at Southwest Airlines. He was extremely pleasant, patient and kind. He got us the best possible flights and explained everything in complete detail after all was confirmed. Southwest should be proud to have Benz on their team. Thank you so much!

Isaac, was Amazing. He took his to help me get a great quote, and he was very professional. Because of that I would fly jet blue as much as possible. And recommend friends andfamily to try the experience with jet blue. And when they do call in, ask for Isaac.
