I thought I had an issue with my camera (I didn't). I reached out to RedTiger and with thier assistance (and patience) I determined that the issue was with a power drop in my vehicle. I installed the hardwire kit and the problem went away. The support team walked me through every step, even when we learned that the issue was with my vehicle. Very happy customer.

Edited - below is my initial review, but I've now updated it to 5 stars because Red Tiger customer services quickly contacted me and asked me to perform a few tests on the unit (reset, firmware update etc). After this proved the unit was 100% faulty, they replaced the entire dash cam! Thank you very much - I really appreciate it! ------------------------------------------------- Beware!! I bought one and it only lasted 14 months before the front camera died (completely black). I found out later online that it's a known fault, so although the dash cam did perform well when working it does not represent good value if it only lasts about a year. I tried to contact Amazon (where I purchased it) which was hopeless, and also reached out to Red Tiger directly by email but had no response. My other dash cam is a Road Angel Halo (more money, but working perfectly for over 5 years now), so I know what I'm buying to replace the unreliable Red Tiger...

My dashcam from Redtiger has been amazing and without issues. I had that dashcam fail after about a year, but Redtiger support helped me get a replacement, which was so appreciated!! Customer service was quick and helpful, and they have so many products, I will absolutely be using them and recommending them to folks in the future

I have a redtiger F7NP using for three years. It has dual cameras front and back with crystal clear pictures. Recently it stopped working with no live pictures. I have tried all the methods according to the factory’s instructions but still no luck. I contacted the customer service, they did tell me all the methods I can try. After being told that the product has been beyond the warranty, I was a little bit disappointed. I complained about three year’s product life is too short and I am loyal customer. They finally agreed to sent me a replacement. It is a great customer service!!! I know no product is perfect. A good customer service can save customers and help you keep improving your product. I definitely recommend redtiger.

They provided the best service ever. I had bought my Dashcam about a year ago and wasn't able to use my rear camera due to I had a convertible so free of charge they sent me one to go to the back of my car near the license plate. As well as a hardwire kit so I didn't have to use my cigarette lighter to plug into for free. This is the best place to buy your dashcam from!!!

Great company. My dash cam was a little out of warranty but they came through and helped me out anyway. I own atleast 4 of their cameras and all of them are great. Customer service is awesome!

Excellent customer service and support I had an issue with my REDTIGER dash camera after using it for some time. I contacted their customer support, and I was very impressed with how professionally and kindly they handled my case. Even though they could have simply declined my request, they went above and beyond and sent me a replacement main unit completely free of charge. I received the replacement, installed it, and so far everything is working perfectly. I really appreciate REDTIGER’s excellent customer service and their commitment to making sure their customers are satisfied. This experience has definitely increased my trust in the brand. The original cable wasn’t powering on so I contacted Luna and she was able to send me a working cable. She made this experience so easy. I’ve never had such great customer service before. She did above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the product.
