Not user friendly

There were quite a few hurdles to get through, but your team is getting there. We are happy to have stuck with you thus far, and hope your team will continue making improvements to get the software where we hope it can go. You are by far light years ahead on the immediate chat service. It is a great function and extremely helpful

There are several items that just dont work so well - otherwise it is a good program

The program runs slowly on Google Chrome which is my main search platform. I would rather not have to have a separate internet search app just for this program.

I appreciate all the features I've been using so far. There are a couple things that could be issues that aren't feature-related: -Everything generally loads slowly. -While I'm not in the conversations about why, our company has elected to use 7 licenses so far. I'm guessing this is because of the cost. Given that I have run into times when I've been unable to log in because of maxed out licenses, the cost could be considered an issue for me.

Awful in too many ways to detail

We have this software but can't use it. I don't feel like training was efficient either.
