This place is a JOKE! You pay extra for a fridge and microwave and for handicap accessible rooms - then you hope it’s what you get! These rooms, he’ll the whole facility is anything but ADA compliant at Ala carte cost for your stay; they could not meet ADA standards if you set it on fire and started over! The staff is rude and anything but helpful - we booked a handicap accessible room for a wheel chair accessibility and the room was on 2nd floor with weather exposed stairs case that were open at the riser. No elevator and we were told no rooms on main floor in either building had refrigerator or microwave and they could not move them from another room Unless the clerk or her staff intended to carry my niece up to the room in the wheelchair, it wasn’t going to happen! The desk clerk was sloppy in appearance and rude as she could be then she decided pushing me was NOT the thing to do and she’s locate a main floor room and move the appliances however she had to track down a housekeeper for keys as she had none. She then informed me by 8am construction upstairs would beginning n so we would need to park on opposite side of parking lot… We called 2 other places literally in their back lot one had no room and the other had availability - would be a little more expensive but everything we needed was included and we informed front desk person we wanted a refund since we never even check in officially and left as we had o my 4 hours to check in feed out family and be at a function!! We went to Holiday inn Express - the staff was amazing and the place was clean! Spend your money elsewhere

They took 208,000 points in my Rewards and never gave me the gift cards I ordered. Redroof scammed me out of points that took me years to build up! When I call they tell me to Email and I've already done that and they don't respond!!!!! CROOKS!!!!

This is a review for the red roof Inn hotel on navigation. This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Not to mention the management takes no responsibility and basically blames most of their problems on the housekeeper. I’m going to share every maintenance problem with the room that we encountered. Giant gaping hole where the tub is supposed to be plugged. The phone did not work at all that goes to the front desk. It wouldn’t even plug into itself. We were given cups with plastic wrapping that had cockroach eggs on them. There was food and nasty dirty swishes of God only knows what on the walls. There were handprints all over the headboards and one of the headboard look like it had been sprayed with cleaner, but not wiped. Fire Alarm was not attached to the wall. It was sitting on a shelf. With wires hanging out of the wall. The toilet did not flush properly. We always had turds in the toilet the whole time when we were here. The bathtub surface and wall was not even wiped down. There was a handprint on one of the walls that was black. Fridge was dirty. The air conditioning didn’t even work properly, it was so moist in here that we constantly felt damp, the towels constantly felt damp, and our hair and skin constantly felt damp. And I have lived in Corpus Christi before, so I know the difference. When we approach management about the cleanliness of the room and the lack of maintenance, they basically just blamed Housekeeping, and said only the illegals that they hire usually really clean well. That they can’t find good cleaners now. Also, when I’m done at a hotel room, I completely strip the bed. When I did that, I found out that I was laying on top of a pee spot on a sheet that was underneath the sheet I was on top of. Absolutely disgusting. Yes, they do have a maid problem. But they also have a huge maintenance problem. All I can say is thank goodness for booking dot com because they’re fighting to get us a complete refund instead of just half. We were settling for the half, but the owners did not put in the request. They said they did, but they did not until we called them out on it today. They gaslit my daughter and myself into thinking that there was nothing they could do that everything was on the part of booking dot com, but that was not the case. I hope booking dot com drops this hotel like a hot problem. The owner is gonna get on here and say that they offered to move us. Yes, they did but once we were up here, I was so sick and so tired that I needed to stay put and just go to bed. I was recovering from surgery, and we were here for my niece’s wedding. You come to a hotel, just desiring a clean and safe place to stay. That is not the case here! I will be calling the fire marshal. I try very hard to support small businesses because I’m a small business owner myself, but this was absolutely disgusting, and I don’t appreciate being lied to by Nancy Patel or her family staff here.

Specific to The Wilmington NC Red Roof Inn. they accepted a fraudulent booking through booking.com with my stolen cc. When I called to tell them they had a criminal in the room - they couldn't have cared less. they said it was booking.com's problem. Now Im making calls to my CC company still 2 months later because they claim the occupant had the card. They could have helped me. They could have cared. $745 is alot money to fight for.

Last night I pull in to park in front of my room and this security guard comes running over barrating me about revving my engine yelling causing going off the hook telling me it's his world he decides who stays or not at this point he continues cussing and demanding to know what room I was in it just escalated to pure stupidity from there at this point I will never stay at Red roof or affiliates ever again I'm not even sure they're taking compensate me enough to make me go back that company just lost considerable amount of money as soon as I've been living there on and off for the last 5 months I hope someone watches the body cam footage from his unit and I hope he gets fired I also hope that they learn how to take care of their customers better than that because that was utterly and ultimately disappointing not to mention embarrassing in front of my children who are standing in the door of the room because he was yelling so loud and woke him up

Not best place to stay

Parsippany Troy Hills New Jersey Location: Paid $109 for a deluxe non-smoking King bed. The hotel is a shit hole. Room was not non smoking. Smelled of skunk smoke. Property is not clean. Missing door number had me driving around pot hole ridden area several times until I finally found a number on the door written in with pencil.
