You met my expectations, BUT USPS took 18 days to DELIVER. UNBELIEVABLE - bounced it around like a basketball. From Utah (Dec 22) to Nevada, Olathe KS, Omaha, NE, Wichita KS, Kansas City, MO FINALLY Delivered to me in Nebraska. (Jan 9)

I would have given a 5; however, the automated emails concerning delivery etas and such did not go out. Let me say though that once I contacted them they corrected all problems immediately. This included sending a a part that was left off of the first delivery. In business problems happen, however how those issues are resolved promptly is what is important.

Bob was pretty quick to get back to me. Nice guy. Turned out to be the right carb for my 1996 club car carry all 2, Kawasaki 290D FE. Worked great. Didn’t need to tune it at all. Only real complaint was the lack of communication when I asked about specific measurements. Never got back to me on that. But they have a solid return policy. Compensation enough for that minor inconvenience. I’d buy from them again without a doubt. Its legit.

Product fits great and work as it should. The only issue is that there is a small tube on the backside of the intake that was broken during shipping. Not really a deal breaker. Due to I was not going to need it for my application .
