Dan, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way about your experience, and we genuinely want the opportunity to address your concerns. When a service is originally purchased, the price is based on the specific services included in the package selected. If additional services are requested or added later, they may involve additional costs because they fall outside the scope of the original package. We understand that this can be frustrating, which is why our team is always available to explain what is included and discuss any additional services and costs before they are added. We also want to clarify that we only recently identified your account through this review, as your name was not included in the original post. Since identifying your account, our team has made repeated attempts to contact you over the past 30 days to discuss your concerns directly and work toward a resolution. Unfortunately, we have not been able to reach you. We would much rather have a direct conversation with you than allow any misunderstanding to remain unresolved. If you’re willing to speak with us, please contact our team directly so we can review your account, go through the services and charges in question, and address your concerns properly. We respect that you’re entitled to share your experience, but we also believe it’s important that the circumstances and our efforts to resolve the matter are accurately represented.

We are sorry that you feel this way, as it does not reflect the experience we strive to provide. To clarify, your initial inquiry came through our chat system during the weekend, outside of our normal business hours. One of our team members responded while away from the office and, unfortunately, overlooked part of your message regarding your availability. As a result, they asked for your availability again, which understandably caused frustration. Once management became aware of the situation, we contacted you directly, apologized for the misunderstanding, and worked to make things right. As a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to waive all fees and provide our services at no cost. The agreement you received did not include a price because there were no charges associated with the service. It was never our intention to create confusion or suggest that additional fees would be added later. We would have welcomed the opportunity to address any remaining concerns, but after the agreement was sent, we did not receive any further communication from you. We remain committed to transparency and professional service, and we would still be happy to discuss any unresolved issues directly.
