shotgun overload that can miss the mark of what you’re really needing help with
i was there for quite a bit in the beginning. Berlin does have a good ear for music but i think sometimes she gets too far down into the nit picky subtleties and will contradict her own previous recommendations. what she offers in training could be helpful for some but it feels like it misses the point of what many might be trying to achieve. it’s a shotgun everything overload where she expects you to accept everything said as gospel without giving the understanding or reasoning behind it. Don’t get on her bad side as she can have a temper there are lots of alternative training sites if you want to learn how to better make and mix music. there is no quick way to stardom and the promise that her way works is just a dream As if the other reviews. Redlux Academy only formed in Feb 2026 so how some people have been part of this place for 2 years isn’t technically possible. Berlin was a mentor at a competitor business and left to start her own training facility. she did bring many students with her when she left. (i was one of them). i don’t doubt her music/production/mastering knowledge, i ranked her based more of professionalism ethics and business practices, rather than how much of a friend she can be to those she likes
