Hey There, we're sorry to hear about your experience! It is important to note that listener sponsorships are managed by the Podcaster themselves. Additionally, Exclusive Content does automatically renew and this is made known through the payment confirmation email as well as visible at all times on your RedCircle account. When you sponsor a podcast, you agree to this automatic renewal. Listeners are welcome to cancel their subscription at *any* time by simply logging into the RedCircle account and clicking the "Cancel Sponsorship" link on the Podcast page. We even have step-by-step instructions available in our Help Center: https://support.redcircle.com/how-to-cancel-a-sponsorship We hope this helps!
