I was a little worried because of some negative reviews, but my experience was actually really good. I just filled out the info online, explained my issue, and uploaded a photo. Pricing good be better but it's not super expensive. Got approved for the prescription within 24 hours—no need to talk to anyone. My order was shipped out fast and showed up within a week. I found the process to be very easy! Likely to use them again, if needed.
