Be prepared to wait multiple days for a response from a provider, for them to refuse to prescribe the medication you signed up for, and receive zero refund because you were already "chatting with a provider." Biggest waste of money.

This company doesn't do what it says - Signed up for a review of a health issue and had already had been examined by an offline doctor that was not allowed to prescribed as he was not my primary care doctor. Gave all the information to RedboxRX and it took FOUR days to hear from a doctor. Then another couple days to get responses. And then in the end, I still didn't get the prescriptions that I need but I was billed. No one responds to phone calls or emails - LET THE BUYER BEWARE!
