We do sincerely apologize if you were unable to connect with our team right away. We have been experiencing a higher than normal call and email volume. We strive to reply to all emails within 72 hours and thank you for your patience during times of delay. Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm CST and Saturday and Sunday 11am to 3pm CST. Our policy does indeed state that we will refund the cost of a visit with your provider if you are denied treatment. We are not automatically notified of a visit in which the provider does not prescribe treatment as the visits are handled by our provider support team. Because of this, we would kindly ask you to reach out to one of our Patient Care Advocates at either 844-733-2697 or [email protected], and we would be happy to provide you with that refund. Reasons for why the provider denied treatment during your visit is listed in the visit notes section of your account. You may denied due to certain answers you gave in your intake form, your medical history, and/or medications you may be taking. The provider bases their decision on their medical training and knowledge, but if you would like the provider to reconsider based on additional information you can give them, please contact us via the information listed above. Our service provides treatment for over twenty different conditions. Each condition we treat has a different visit cost associated with it. The cost of the visit is listed on our website under the section with the condition you wish to receive treatment for. Our provider visit cost is discounted when you choose to use our pharmacy at RedBox Rx. The full cost of our provider visit fee is $69.00. If you choose to transfer your prescription to a local pharmacy of your choice, we would ask that you pay RedBox Rx the remaining cost of the full visit fee as you no longer receive the discounted visit price for using our pharmacy. Alternatively, you can choose to have the provider send your prescription to a local pharmacy of your choice while filling out the intake form instead of going through the transfer process, but the full cost of the provider visit fee still applies. Thank you for sharing your feedback L.B., and for allowing us to clarify our services. We offer treatment for over 20 conditions. Due to the nature of our service, each condition requires their own visit. Since you are not seeing a provider in-person to discuss all your treatment needs at once, our providers require you to fill out an intake form specified for each condition you wish to seek treatment for. For example, our intake form to seek treatment for insomnia is different from the form requesting treatment for hair loss. If you are ever denied treatment, the provider will list their reasoning in the visit notes that can be found in your account. Some conditions cannot be treated safely through our services due to other medications you are taking or previous medical history. When you choose our pharmacy to ship your prescription(s), the default shipping method is through UPS Mail Innovations, which has an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days though there may be delays due to extenuating circumstances. We do offer expedited shipping through UPS as well, and the pricing and shipping options are listed on our website. The quickest way to get your prescription is to have it sent to your local pharmacy. While you would not be eligible for the discounted visit price when you choose to use our pharmacy, you would be able to get your prescription much more quickly especially if it is a medication you are needing urgently. Thank you for your feedback Ashley. Our service is a little different from other services that charge you a monthly subscription fee. When you start a visit, there will be two charges. One for your physician consultation and a second charge for medication, if prescribed. Charges for any prescribed treatments are not included in the visit fee. We only charge you if you receive a service, so if you don't need to speak to a provider you are not charged anything. This gives more control to our patients, and they don't have to worry about being charged a subscription fee even if they don't receive any services that month. You will only see a fee if you initiate a consultation with a provider or are shipped medication. We offer many different treatment plans and many include automatic refills. In those cases you would not need another evaluation unless you run out of refills or need to consult with your provider for another reason. We understand that our service may not be right for everyone, but we believe that we can help many receive access to affordable, quality healthcare that might not receive it otherwise. Many of our patients do not have prescription insurance coverage or have high-deductible plans. Our visit fees and prescriptions costs are often less than typical insurance copays. While our prices vary by condition, we are focused on keeping prices as affordable as we can.
