Confused as to why I was charged twice

Huge scam! How is it that after giving me the exact same cream multiple times with the exact same results each and every time they still want you to pay for yet another “consultation” on top of the prescription it’s a joke and going to a mom n pop pharmacy is much cheaper .. I get my tretinoin cream for $35 at the cuban pharmacy in miami no ridiculous “consultation “ needed each time and these people on Redbox want you to pay $35 for same cream plus $20 fee to consult a “doctor” (yeah sure it’s a real doctor) about the same cream with the same results … I fell for it twice until I realized I’m paying $20 more for absolutely nothing I need and pls don’t tell me it’s required because I’ve told them I’ve been using this cream over a year now with no negative side effects WiTH pictures too, what a scam REDBOX is to require a fake doctor consultation each and every time you order! So basically if I order the same cream twice a month they don’t care as long as I’m “consulting” … you people are a joke but then again everything these days is a joke and a scam!!!!

I'm sorry you feel that way Michelle. We offer many different treatment plans, and many include automatic refills. In those cases, you would not need another evaluation unless you run out of refills or need to consult with your provider for another reason. We only charge you if you receive a service, so if you don't need to speak to a provider you are not charged anything. This gives more control to our patients, and they don't have to worry about being charged a subscription fee even if they don't receive any services that month. You will only see a fee if you initiate a consultation with a provider or are shipped medication. Many of our patients do not have prescription insurance coverage or have high deductible plans. Our visit fees and prescriptions costs are often less than typical insurance copays. While our prices vary by condition, we are focused on keeping prices affordable by purchasing most of our medications directly from U.S. licensed manufacturers. If I could give no stars I would. They don’t tell you when your products are arriving. Inconvenient service If I wanted to wait this long for a script I would have gone to my doctor. Useless service

Scam. They just taking people money. Probably not even real doctors. 😂😂😂 took my money without giving me a script. Please go to push health you guys. These people are not legit and I will be reporting on each and every review site. I'm locking my card wont triple charge me for nothing.

The payment and charges are misleading by designed. A few days ago I was charged $20 for an physician consulting fee. the website is extremely misleading. not clear on payment and charges by designed. It leads me to believe that I was purchasing a product but instead it was a hidden fee. I didn't consult with any of the doctors, there were no discussion, chat, nor email. I called to cancel as I felt like I was being scammed and they said the $20 fee for an appointment??? and not refundable. Please be careful with this website and company, it's not trust worthy.

We are sorry you are unhappy with our service Lam. When you start a visit, there will be two charges. One for your physician consultation and a second charge for medication, if prescribed. Charges for any prescribed treatments are not included in the visit fee. When you select a preferred treatment, the cost of the medication will be shown on the visit checkout page but will NOT be charged to your payment method on file until it is prescribed at the completion of your visit. If a treatment is prescribed that is different from what you've selected, you will be asked to review and pay for your prescribed treatment. The appointment fee was not refundable because you were provided a service by having an appointment with one of our providers, and their time is valued. A list of our costs and pricing is listed in the FAQ's section on the RedBox Rx website. Our Patient Care Team is also happy to answer any pricing and billing questions you may have.
Don’t bother ordering any eye lash regrowth treatment with them. They will just take your money and never fill the order. Claims item is on back stock and they have no clue when it will come back in stock. It’s been over a month and still no treatment mailed to me. Total crap!

Website is not clear on payment and charges. I did not see an option to speak to a provider right away so I had to wait for review for prescription. Needed the script before I returned to work in 3 days so I paid additional $49 to overnight. Even after my condition was reviewed and script was cleared, still had to wait for them to ship it which did not receive by the time I had to return to work. Should be faster Process. I’ve ordered prescriptions online before and it’s mailed out the day it is approved.

This is done for the health and safety of the patient as well as to give the provider as much information as possible so that they may provide the correct treatment for you. A list of pricing options are listed on the RedBox Rx website under the Cost and Pricing tab in our FAQs section. If you have any questions on the pricing of our services, our Patient Care Team is available by phone at 844-733-2697 or by chat on our website. Should you need a prescription right away, you always have the option to have your prescription sent to your local pharmacy. This can be done by selecting your local pharmacy under the preferred pharmacy section of the questionnaire you fill out before your visit with one of our providers. Once again, we are sorry you had a poor experience with us, and we thank you for your feedback.
Paid for overnight shipping on Monday morning. Getting meds Thursday by 8pm, four days of agony later. Not okay.

We are very sorry for the delay in your treatment. Unfortunately, it looks like the order was processed after the FedEx cutoff on Tuesday when we received the prescription. It was then sent out the following day (Wednesday) and arrived on Thursday. If ever you are needing a prescription right away, patients always have the option to choose their local pharmacy as their preferred during the questionnaire portion. This way they can start treatment right away. Once again, we are very sorry for the delay in your treatment and hope you get to feeling better soon.
