First off they did a great job with replacing my AirPod and their customer service is excellent! I got a fast response and a step by step response to my question. Wonderful place to get replacement pieces!

Joshua - one of the customer service reps - was incredible. He walked me through why the two pieces that i ordered may not be working. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I was able to fix one problem. The other one - i purchased the different generation of the charging case as we were advised by somebody else wrongly. Even if it is my mistake, return/replacement process was extremely smooth. I have sent back the devise already and new one is on the way to me. Joshua was just outstanding rep. the shipping process didn’t give enough follow through but it got here on time and my product the airpods are working just fine they seem legit a little sketched out since they didn’t come in their original apple box just came alone with the “pairing instructions” but overall ok

Somewhat misleading that they still listed a product as available when it wasn’t, though they were quick to send me an email notifying of the problem and the refund process was incredibly quick and easy. The support team is fantastic.

Got a replacement AirPod from them, it was fairly priced, arrived fast, packaged well, and synced up and worked right away (and has continued working as good as an original several weeks later). Highly recommend!

Got my replacement Beats case in a decent time after ordering them online. Pairing my earbuds with new case was a breeze. Instructions for pairing comes with it.
