Bought a left AirPod pro replacement, and went to pair it and wasn’t working, called there support and helped me through all the troubleshooting steps and found that they weren't working. They sent out a replacement free of charge to fix the issue and I connected replacement just fine and it works like new. Would 1000% recommend!

Great customer service when I needed it.

I originally bought a right Apple earbud because I had lost my right one. Unfortunately, when the new right earbud arrived, it didn’t work (it wouldn’t charge/connect and was basically unusable). I was really disappointed and went in planning to return it. At the return process, the website suggested an alternative: a tested open-box/used replacement (a unit that had been returned before and already checked/charged). I decided to try that option, and it turned out to be a great solution—the replacement worked right away. The return process for the first one was also easy. They gave me a return barcode, and when I took it to ship, they printed the label for me—I didn’t have to pay anything for the label or printing. The only small inconvenience was that I had to find a box to pack the earbud for shipping. In the end, I was able to replace my missing earbud for around $50, and everything is working perfectly now. Overall, I’m happy with the outcome and the help I received.
