Good communication when my item shipped, although it took over a week. I would have given 5 stars, but the pairing information sent to me was a different device. It was easy enough to find online:)

I was so upset when I dropped my ear buds case and watched as the riding mower rode over it. I'm still finding pieces in the yard. I didn't want to have to buy new ear buds so I checked to see if I could just get the case. Thank goodness I found Recell! I was able to get a used case that was in excellent condition! It arrived so fast I had it just in time to cut the grass again.
