My daughter plays the slots but was unable since the slot was zoomed in and unable to play. I contacted Receipt Hog and got an answer immediately the following morning. I set my zoomed mode to standard and that was exactly the issue. Set it to standard and was able to play the slots.

I like this app and my kids like doing the slot pulls. I had an issue with the slot being off center and I messaged through the app. My first message didn’t get replied to, so I sent another a few days later, almost immediately it was responded to. I think the key is to send during business hours. Issue fixed, has to take my iPhone out of zoom mode.

Had a problem with the app and they responded back right away.
