The Spins screen was offset and the handle couldn't be accessed. Sent an email about it and the response was that they were aware & the fix will be in the next software update. I wasn't aware of the new update until just now, but it did fix the issue and there is a new and improved look to the app. Very Happy!!

Had a problem with my spins. My problem was addressed immediately (I had to update app) and I was able to fix it right away. Great customer service. Fun way to upload receipts and receive awards. My only issue is shopper questions asked after each receipt. But sometimes we have to work for rewards in life!!!!

I generally love this app and have been using it for a few years. After the recent password format change, it logged me out and I wasn’t receiving the email codes to reset my password. Julian replied swiftly with a temp one and I was back in business. Always great customer service!
