I told you that I did not want this, that it was a mistake and not to charge my card. And my card got charged. So I'm. not going to be using this $40 or whatever it is for this stuff. I already have stuff on my computer. You need to take this charge off as soon as possible.

I didn’t want to get this. I thought I was downloading windows defender and not sure how to get my money back

Malware/Spyware - installs itself as a browser plug-in without active user interaction. When uninstalling, you are asked to download an "uninstaller" which, instead of uninstalling anything, just installs more spyware.

I've never encountered such awful customer service. I had to email them five times, trying to cancel my subscription—because there's no other way to do it—and every single time I receive the same useless, automated response. Despite my numerous, clear requests, absolutely nothing has been done to resolve the issue. This is blatant disregard for customers and a total lack of respect.
