I started a weeklong trial for RAV and didn’t cancel before it was over so I was charged $75. I tried to get a refund and cancel my subscription but your AI customer service (powered by Zendesk) is completely worthless. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting a refund and none of them have resulted in a genuine response and solution. I have no problems with your service, but getting a refund for a yearlong subscription should be a simple process. After reading a few reviews on this site and based on the company’s replies, it seems like the only way to get a refund is to complain about it publicly.
