I ordered the hovershot and my credit card was billed on 11/28/20. My order # 1124461. I still want it. Please ship it or contact me to tell me why you can't. Contact me asap.

I wish there was a choice for 0 stars!! They are horrible! I emailed them after I ordered and they said I would receive by Christmas. Here it is middle of January no product and they now won't respond to emails!!

Do not order from this scam. I ordered 3 hovershots, paid $134. Never received them!!! I am going to try calling the better business bureau or talk to an attorney as to a possible class action.

This is the worst company!!!!!!! again like everyone else I ordered November 25 never received my order charged my cc sent 5 emails no response. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

Wow! This company sucks! I ordered on Nov. 26th. It is now Jan 9th. Never received and can’t het anyone to reply to numerous emails asking for a refund! Do not order from them!!!!!

Don't EVER spend a dime on this BOGUS, LYING, CHEATING FARCE. You'll never get any product ordered, and you'll never get a refund.

I'm sorry that I have to join the other reviewers here. I ordered my HoverShot December 9th. Like most other reviewers, the money was taken off my card and I got a confirmation email and nothing since. I emailed a request on December 28th asking for shipping information and got no response. I sent another request on December 31st asking them to cancel the order and refund my money. Again, no response. Don't order from this company!

On December 7th, 2020 I had ordered a set of 3 Hover Shots (floating target devices for nerf gun shooting). My debit card was charged that day but I never received any shipping information, just the order confirmation. On December 29th, I replied to the email address for the order confirmation to request a full refund because I never received the order! To date have not received any response from this scam company!
