If I could give a -star I would. Same here. Ordered the hover ball guns 2 for $49.99 each set. They took $199.92 (overcharged me) out of my account the day I ordered 12/15/20. Never responded to my emails. I don't see how FB could allow fraudulent companies to advertise on their site as well. so frustrated about this. will be writing the bbb.

Ordered HoverShot 12/2. No product delivered and no responses to my emails. Appears to be a fraudulent company. Do not do business with them. I have filed a complaint with my bank.
