Everyone on the web bashes the free trial business model. Why? The model works for both parties involved. The business gets a good lead and the customer gets free information. But, the customer needs to remember free trial do not last. So, don't blame the process nor call the company a SCAM. It's all upfront when you sign up. Just be a responsible consumer.
