Hi, Thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry for the confusion when you're trying to sign in to the app. Your account is not blocked - We’re really glad you're part of the RealSelf community and we appreciate you posting about your experience! You're receiving an error message because the RealSelf app has been removed from the App Store and isn’t supported anymore. Because of that, the app no longer allows sign-ins and displays an error message instead. Your account and posts are still live, and you can log in any time at realself.com to access your content and post updates. Let us know if you run into any other issues - we’re happy to help!
