Real Hot RetreatsReviews of realrhythmdanceandfitness.com

Our retreats are curated to allow your inner child to come out and play. We promote a balance of fun, movement, time for grounding, healing experiences, and rest. We can all agree that sometimes life can feel hectic, time can just pass us by, and work can become overwhelming. We may unintentionally neglect ourselves if we aren't prioritizing our self care practices. That's where we step in to make it easy for you to take the necessary time away from work, responsibilities, stress, and the challenges of adulthood.WHAT TO EXPECT: We plan a full itinerary that includes a variety of experiences including dance classes, guided meditations, yoga classes, group dinners, time in nature, and more. All you have to do is show up! All activities are optional, as you may opt in to sleep or take time for solitude.WHO CAN ATTEND: Real Hot Retreats are for adults who want to have fun, rest, recharge, and connect with friendly, positive, like-minded individuals who are seeking peace, joy, exploration, time in nature and a safe community to travel with.CUSTOM RETREAT OPTIONS: Our host and planner Marissa Tonge can help you create the perfect customized experience for your solo adventure or group retreat. With over 13 years of experience in hospitality and wellness, and higher educational background in Hospitality & Event Planning, Marissa is passionate about providing the best travel experience for you and anyone you want to share new memories with.
