There was much to long a delay in completing the transaction, apparently because of the absence of a member of your team. Otherwise all was fine.

Sergei, Thank you for your honest feedback. We sincerely apologize for the delay that you experienced. The hand-off between our investment consultant and closing teams was hindered due to the absence of critical members. Since then, we have taken steps to ensure this does not happen again by creating a more proactive hand-off process. We very much appreciate your business and hope to continue working with you. Sincerely, The Team at Realized
