It's rare to come across someone who genuinely puts helping others ahead of personal gain. I had the pleasure of meeting with Sherman to discuss a potential opportunity. Although we ultimately decided not to work together, he still took the time to offer thoughtful, insightful, and invaluable advice about the next steps in my career. What impressed me most was that he had absolutely nothing to gain from doing so. His willingness to share his experience, provide honest guidance, and genuinely invest his time in helping someone else speaks volumes about his character, integrity, and professionalism. It's refreshing to meet a business owner who understands that building relationships and helping others goes far beyond simply doing business. I walked away from our conversation with tremendous respect and gratitude. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to work with someone who truly values people and leads with integrity.

Excellent 4-Day Deal Maker Workshop, Mr. Ragland knows Real Estate like i know my name. The most important lesson i got out of the 4-Day training is his comment. "You Learn This Business By Doing It"

If you want to learn the real estate investing stratigies Sherman Ragland is the REAL DEAL AT REAL INVESTORS UNIVERSITY you learn by doing it with full support team all you have to do is be 100% committed

My experience for this 4-day deal maker was very informational and life changing. This is a mentorship program worth recommending to anyone who wants to live their life to the fullest and have the financial freedom they desire

The ground level detail is a welcome component. Also good to see that Sherman does not hide his faith upbringing. On the flip side, I am on day 18 and have never gotten one single critique or answer to a question submitted. I am a detail oriented person and I don’t ask questions just to waste someone else’s time. Had I known this training was Maryland based, I likely would have skipped it. Too much focus is on Maryland, DC, and Virginia. If these areas are your sweet spot then great, advertise as such, but don’t invite everyone and make everyone outside your area feel alienated most of the time. I did receive a call from one of your people on day 11 sharing information that would have been helpful on day 1 or 2. At her suggestion I did attempt to join the Wednesday open office period to get my questions answered. I waited and waited and the zoom meeting never started. To leave my critique on a good note, I feel more empowered to readjust my team and connect with the right people. Searched for and had a meeting with someone listed as an investor friendly real estate agent. Once he determined I was doing wholesaling he was looking to bail because he didn’t want to get involved with assignment contracts. Told him I wasn’t doing assignments. We do LLC creations and exchange our interest in the LLC and the contract comes with it. His attitude changed after that but I would not have had that knowledge had it not been for Sherman. This guy is an investor first and real estate agent second. He did not want to help me with any type of report from remine and he preferred LOIs vs Purchase Agreements initially. Too early to push back and we will work through it. All-in-all, pretty good investment for $20.

This training is the best; we are taught by people who have done the work. We have to remain teachable at all times. Sherman says "crawl, walk, run, win gold medals."

I am happy to give the 4 Day Deal Maker program a 5 out of 5 stars. My experience was outstanding, and I believe this program is truly second to none for anyone who is serious about learning real estate investing in a practical, hands-on way. This is the 5th or 6th time that I have attended this program and each experience is different and I learn something new every time that I attend. Sherman and his team provide the right tools and technology to help participants take action immediately. What really sets this program apart is the way the learning is delivered: not just through discussion, where active participation is strongly encouraged, but also by getting participants out in the field to use the technology and begin prospecting for properties. There are even opportunities at times to visit active properties and projects, which makes the experience even more real and valuable. By the end of the four-day event, you walk away with a clear, step-by-step template for how to take action right away, what to do next given where you are and how to keep moving forward. On top of that, there is a money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied, which shows real confidence in the program. Sherman and his team bring the right system and the right support, AND they expect you to bring 100% commitment. Like many things in life, you get out of this program what you are willing to put into it. What impressed me most is that when the program ends, Sherman and his team do not disappear like so many other so-called real estate gurus. They continue to provide real, live group coaching sessions every single week, all year round. That kind of ongoing support is rare, and I have personally never found anything else that comes close to what Real Investors offers. Thank you to the entire Real Investors team for the value you provide on an ongoing basis.

I had a great experience at Sherman Ragland’s 4 Day Deal Maker event. I genuinely learned something new each day, and the content was both practical and easy to apply. The structure kept things engaging, and the insights added real value to my understanding of real estate. Overall, it was absolutely worth the investment and I’d recommend it to anyone looking to level up!
