Mary, I am very sorry to hear about your experience. This is far from the norm. We will be handling this internally with your instructor. I am glad that you got the instruction needed from Vic and Sam. Please reach out to us privately to discuss this further if you wish.

Sirmarki - thanks for the review! I took a look at your account, and I see that you did complete our Chapter Quizzes, but you haven't taken advantage of our other practice exams. There's a 540-question Practice Exam, broken into sections so that you can complete it in smaller chunks. Then there's a 125-question Sample Test, which is timed (3.5 hrs, just like the State Exam) and which not only shows you the right answers for the questions you get wrong, but provides an explanation and where in the textbook to look for more information. If you're unable to locate either of those items on your Online Dashboard, please reach out to us - we're here to help!

Jasmine - sorry to hear that you didn't experience the exceptional level of customer support that we strive for. I've tried to reach out to you a couple of times, but haven't heard back. I know that there were some issues with the state regarding signing up for the exam, which we corresponded about via email, but hopefully you felt that we did all that we could to support you. As for phone calls, I checked and it looks like we answered the calls from your number, but I'd love to investigate further if you called from another number. We do employ a "virtual receptionist" to ensure that every caller gets to speak to a real human (within our posted hours, including weekends), so please let me know if we missed something there. Bottom line, hopefully you got what you needed to nail the exam, and please reach out to us when you do, so that we can celebrate with you! :-)

Freddie - if you had any questions which weren't responded to, by all means let us know. We're here for you even after your class is over! You mentioned not feeling prepared - since your class just finished, you may not have had time to watch the Chapter Review Videos, or the Test Prep Video Series, or do the Chapter Quizzes or the 540-question Practice Exam, or the 125-question Sample Exam, or listen to the Audiobook - all of those things are important parts of preparing for the exam. :-) Let us know if we can help in any way!

Evette - glad that you enjoyed the class! Yes, it's definitely a rush through the material, but that's the goal of the one-day class - to give you a massive amount of highly relevant information just prior to taking the state test. While Sam did cover some math questions, remember that you have 22 video recordings of him solving math problems on a Whiteboard, in the Appendix of your course. I know that Sam stayed for another 30 minutes after the class was over, answering individuals' questions - he loves to teach! Thanks again, and let us know when you pass the exam!
