RealalcazarsevillaReviews of realalcazarsevilla.com

I searched on Google for the official website of the Royal Alcázar of Seville, and the first website that appeared was realalcazarsevilla.com, so I mistakenly thought it was the official one. When I purchased the tickets, I discovered that they cost approximately three times more than on the actual official website. I was also redirected to Feel Free Tours, which already seemed quite suspicious. The day before our visit, we were contacted and told that there would be no guided tour in Spanish and that we would only receive a €10 refund, with the option to do the tour using an audio guide. However, the official Alcázar website offers tickets with an audio guide for approximately three times less. On top of that, they told us they would not provide the tickets in advance, but that the guide would arrive with them on the day of the visit. This seemed very strange to us. We tried to clarify the situation and request a refund, but they were slow to respond and gave us contradictory information. When we asked directly at the Alcázar, we were advised to be very careful with this company. Eventually, after insisting and saying that we would contact Visa and our bank, they refunded our money on the same day as the visit. For me this was clearly an scam, and the whole experience was very strange and lacked transparency. I strongly recommend purchasing tickets directly from the official Royal Alcázar website and being extremely careful with this website, as it can easily mislead tourists and charges significantly higher prices. Official website is alcazarsevilla.org

I am extremely disappointed and feel completely scammed by this website. While searching on Google for the official tickets to the Real Alcázar de Sevilla, this website appeared as the very first result because they purchased Google Ads. The website design, layout, and domain name are maliciously crafted to look identical to the genuine official site (alcazarsevilla.org), intentionally misleading tourists into believing they are purchasing directly from the monument. Only after the payment went through did I realize I was tricked into buying from a third-party agency at a ridiculously high markup. They charge an exorbitant, hidden premium while falsely claiming a "no cancellation" policy to trap consumers. This is a highly deceptive and predatory practice. I demand a full refund immediately due to this misleading sales practice. Booking number is:01458547 Locator:401783352971

This is a scam. I bought tickets on this site for me and three friends to visit Royal Alcazar. I soon realised that not only did they charge 3x the price of the official website but they also completely misrepresent their ability to actually buy tickets, while stealing your personal data (passport number, date of birth, email address and phone number). I did not provide this data within 30 minutes of booking because I had to collect passport details from my whole party (they don’t warn you of this in advance) and then they said they ran out of tickets for my slot. I rebooked for another day they offered, a full six days before the date and time I wanted, at which point they did have all the data required to book the tickets. The morning of the booking, they emailed to say there were no tickets left because the monument wasn’t open at the date/time I selected. It was, because we were there having booked tickets through the official website. The company offered me a refund through a fictitious process and then it was back to the endless cycle of AI bot responses. I did a charge back via my credit card, which the company have contested. Absolute waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID. SCAM. Charges 25 euro extra for a ticket with no extra features.

They seem to pretend to be the official Alcazar website, but instead just overcharge you by 160%!!!! (So you pay 260% of the prize! More than DOUBLE!!) And, despite them saying that they don’t affiliate with the real alcazar, that is very cleverly hidden or disguised. The logo is big and black, and says REAL ALCAZAR, but then very small in yellow over the white background they write (by feel the city). They say that the additional price comes with additional benefits, like the audio guide (which is free on the official website anyway) or customer support (which is an automated bot that just repeats useless stuff anyway) and is not needed unless you realize by how much they overcharged you. I’ll attach the booking reference, for clarity. 8681044470 I would like to receive back the additional 40€ (79.80€ total instead of 30€) you mislead me to give you and then I’ll be more than happy not to use your customer service anymore. Thank you.
