I left a 1 star review due to the toner cartridges spilling out onto my printed pages. Annie Martini followed up swiftly, sent out replacement cartridges and they worked as intended. I am very impressed with how this was handled and will be ordering consistently from them.

They are great, customer service is great, and Annie Martini is a rock start. I had to do a return, and they made the process really easy and were super kind the whole time.

Hi Taffy, Good evening! This is Annie from the Customer Service team at Ready Toner — it’s my pleasure to assist you. First of all, thank you for shopping with us! We truly appreciate your business and will make sure you’re well taken care of. We noticed that you ordered the compatible W1340A toner cartridge without a chip. This means you’ll need to transfer the chip from your original cartridge to the new one. The chip acts like a “key” that allows your printer to recognize the toner. Without it, the printer won’t be able to operate properly. When removing the chip, please handle it carefully to avoid any damage. Also, make sure it’s installed in the correct direction — an incorrect orientation may cause the printer not to detect it. If you have any questions or need assistance during the installation, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to help! Best regards, Annie Customer Service Team Ready Toner
