Hi Özgür, thank you so much for sharing your feedback—it's a really helpful guidance for us to keep building a tool that can serve all of our users and use-cases. That said, I'm sorry that you've had a less-than-great experience on our platform. As a new kind of specialized AI tool, it does have a steeper learning curve and we have learning materials available to help with the uptake. One resource I can recommend is this Getting Started Video from our helpdesk: https://help.readwonders.com/en/article/video-getting-started-with-wonders-t37rfa/ (Available also with Turkish subtitles) I would also be keen to offer you 1:1 onboarding to learn more about what you wish could be done differently, and to help overcome any questions or doubts. Welcome to book a time here: https://cal.com/joepacal/wonders?overlayCalendar=true Thanks again and I sincerely hope that we can resolve this for you and keep building a great product thanks to your feedback.
