After 5 days I had no word of the whereabouts of my order nor did I receive any tracking information. I suggested I'd contact PayPal for a refund but shortly they responded with a tracking number. Altho it didn't work, I got back to rcecho about this and they gave me a link that did provide item location. I'll upgrade or downgrade the review rating pending on the outcome of my order.

Fraud of a website. Ordered a Tamiya kit off them, they sent a confirmation email and sent a tracking no. by HK post. When checking HK post, it states that the company is still preparing to ship the order. It’s been months and nothing from them. Emailed them a couple times to get info and silence. I’ve never seen such a scammy website before when buying model kits, beware!

if there's a zero star, i would give this company rating a zero star. customer service was terrible, gave me the wrong shipment service, refused to help me track down my order. never ever buy from this website, they have an account in amazon.co.uk, do NOT trust them, they're a fraud.
