Hi Anna, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review — we take all feedback seriously and want to address each point you've raised. First, our reviews are 100% genuine and written by real RayAlgo members. We have never and would never generate or incentivise fake reviews — our reputation is built entirely on the experience of real traders. Regarding the signals repainting — RayAlgo's signals do not repaint. BUY and SELL signals are confirmed and locked at bar close, which is a fundamental part of how the indicator is built. We'd genuinely welcome you sharing a screenshot so we can look into any specific instance you experienced. On the account loss — we're truly sorry to hear this happened and we don't take that lightly. However, RayAlgo is a decision-support tool, not an automated trading system. It is designed to support a trader's own analysis, risk management, and judgment — not to replace it. No indicator can account for position sizing, leverage, or stop placement decisions, and trading always carries risk regardless of the tools used. Regarding support and your refund — we want to be transparent here: we have thoroughly checked our records and we have not received any support request or refund request from you through any of our channels. Our support team is easy to reach directly at [email protected] and we respond to every message. We would genuinely encourage you to reach out there and we will make sure your refund request is handled promptly. We are always committed to helping our users succeed and we're happy to assist you directly if you get in touch.
