I had called to verify the availability of the item and the expected shipping time. I was given the information I asked for, and was also given a code for a discount and a tip on how to keep the rope from fraying when I cut it! It was a great experience!!

Hello Peter, We are disappointed to see this 2-star review, as your packages were delivered this morning at at 11:28 A.M. at the Front Desk. You may want to check with the person that received the package. The order was placed on April 15th. It is noted on the product page that it can take up to 30-days to ship; however, we were able to ship the product earlier than anticipated. Our system automatically forwards confirmations for all orders after they are placed, and a second email is automatically forwarded including the tracking information when the product ships. You may want to check your spam email. We would hope that customer's reach out to our customer support team who are always available to answer questions or resolve issues rather than leave a negative review. We checked our records and did not find that we received any communication from you. We would appreciate it if you would update your review accordingly. Thank you for your business. Best Regards, Customer Support
Great experience so far in every regard....Have not received the products yet....Also the lovely customer support lady who helped me choose the right system was the very “best.”

I purchased expedited shipping, have only received a portion of my order and there has been no effort from Ravenox to update me about the status of the rest my order or to offer me any kind of compensation for the extra fee attached to the failed expedited shipping. The portion of my order that arrived is as expected and satisfactory.

Hello Andrea, Thank you for your honest feedback. We looked through our records and our customer support team is always available to answer questions or concerns, and unfortunately we were not contacted. Tracking numbers were automatically forwarded to you via email, and hopefully they did not go to your spam email. We shipped the products from two separate locations, to ensure that the products arrived as quickly as possible. One of the packages was delivered on 04/28. The second package will be delivered Tuesday, May 04. We appreciate your business. Best, Customer Support Team
The rope we purchased was exactly as advertised! Thank you for your excellent customer service. Ellen Wheeler
