Nothing horrible, but the notification that items had been added to my cart (along with the button: view cart) disappeared and I was not sure how to review the number of cart items (the cart icon did not have an item number attached either). Also, I have NO idea when these items will ship, what carrier they are coming by, nor any estimated day of arrival. I probably won't get them in time for the event I purchased them for and probably should have not gone through with the order, but I'm hoping for similar future events and I liked the Made in America promise, so I did not cancel.

We normally ship within 3-4 business days (excluding weekends). The shipper is not known at the time the order is placed, as this is processed by the shipping team when the item is ready to ship. An email including the tracking number is automatically forwarded to the email address that was provided at the time the order was placed. Got a call today about my review and my inability to cancel my order (one-day old). I was assured it was being processed and was asked to remove the review. I removed tge review. And guess what? Too late to cancel tge order, so now I get to send it back or refuse it. Customer service, yeah right!

High quality, the colors were true to the pictures, prices were reasonable, shipping was fast and the rope itself was soft and a pleasure to work with. I'm very pleased with the product and will definitely order more!

I was never notified with tracking info even after talking to customer service about how crucial it was for me to be there for delivery of 300# of 3” rope. Smaller sizes were just stuck loose in a plastic bag. 400’ of 3/8 rope. Not nicely coiled and tied as shown on the website or in a spool. Just stuck in bag. My first order wit RAVENOX and it was very disappointing.
