Cotton rope quality is questionable and wildly inconsistent. There is no internal quality control so it’s impossible to rely on product from one lot to another. This all started when Ravenox took over FMS. NEVER had a problem until that clown show rolled into town. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Unresponsive, uninformed, and when they finally do respond, totally unhelpful and provide canned answers. Seems like the CEO/Pres fronts as a CS rep and takes personal offense to even the most minor of complaint. So thankful to never have to do business with this place ever again.

This review was written by an individual who has never purchased any Ravenox or FMS products. FMS, short for Frontier Market Solutions, operates under the DBA Ravenox. They are one and the same, and the products manufactured and sold are the same and have not changed with the name change. The comments in this individuals' review are unsubstantiated and he is not a customer of either FMS or Ravenox.
