I paid to have my book delivered today and have yet to hear from them despite reaching out via phone, email, WhatsApp, etc. I paid almost $300 for a custom book for my grandmother's 90th birthday tomorrow, and now I don't even know if I have a gift to give her on her special day. The lack of professionalism and communication is TERRIBLE customer service.

This company takes great pains to create book binding masterpieces that will last centuries. For the pricing, the quality outstanding! I have been using this company for years and their quality is always consistent. The books they make will be the jewels of any library. Highly and strongly recommend!

From the first contact to the delievery of my ordered personified book all went smooth and great. I got help whenever I need it. The quality of the bookbinding is absolutly super. it looks amazing. I purchased the Ravenclaw collection of the Harry Potter books for my girlfriend who is a huge Harry potter fan and I must they they are absolutely 1st class quality! Initially I was sceptical as there are so many products and companies where goods aren't half as good as the photos but they were even better than I expected! I just want to say thank you so much! My girlfriend is absolutely in love with them they went straight on display! 100% worth the money
