We do not replace your sales team, nor do we directly promote your products. Instead, we offer a space for your brand to be visible to a wide range of buyers who can discover and engage with your products at their convenience. We understand the frustration of not receiving feedback after sending samples and the challenges faced with the additional costs of programs like ECRM. Building connections and receiving responses can sometimes take time, and we are actively working to improve the effectiveness and transparency of these interactions. It is designed to offer a basic level of exposure, and many users find the premium plans more effective for reaching a wider audience (which it seems to have accomplished while you had a Premium subscription). Sample Management: We regret to hear about the challenges you faced with sample requests. While we do have a process to verify each retailer and buyer that signs up for RangeMe, we acknowledge that ensuring all inquiries lead to genuine opportunities is a complex issue. While the Free option remains available, it is now limited to one brand and up to three products.
