Best FP&A software on the planet! Not even a close second. I can't imagine what founders and accounting teams did before Ramp. As a multisite business, Ramp saves me countless hours each month...and the product only continues to get faster and more efficient each month. Can't recommend it enough!

I was trying to sign up for their corporate credit product. I completed the application. They came back with questions. I provided the requested information 3 times and also requested a call to discuss what they were really looking for. Never got a call and only got copy/paste responses from the CSR. They eventually stopped responding. Would not recommend. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

Verification codes never come through. Their servers/processing or backend is coded by troglodytes. Nothing ever works and the links never come through or never clear. I'd rather use cash than these muppets.

Terrible customer service. Received an offer for a ramp CC from my business bank account, had questions so I reached out but they (a sales member named “Parker”) told me false information about my own business and ghosted me when I corrected it.
