AVOID RAJ AND ROH COACHING
I reached out to Raj and Rohan because I saw their reels on Instagram thought they would be good coaches. But they don't care about their clients there are no 1 on 1 calls. Everything is just a once a week one message checking in, you upload progress photos and Rohan says good job. I asked for trailered workout related to sports I was playing and there was no help there. I asked for plyo work or for stretches and Rohan proceeds to send me a Google doc with chatgpted answers instead of adding it to the workout plan. Furthermore, the workout plan that was given was a generic one they give all clients and when I asked for things only then were they changed. He also forgot all the key information from our call about my fitness goals. It cost me 800usd for 3 months. Honestly I expected better cause they were desi fitness coaches so I thought they would help me well as well for being desi. Finally, very disappointed by the meal plan they said it would have Desi options but all it had was butter chicken. I switched to another coach harankiru and it's been game changing completely care, calls, meal
